• 77jy reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the event of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

77jy's bonus program is among the most transparent of any platform in Bangladesh. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members only, once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fully met.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

77jy may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Player's own request (self-exclusion).

8. Limitation of Liability

77jy accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Account credentials stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
• Service interruptions or changes resulting from legal requirements.

In any dispute, 77jy's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
